Asia Symbol attaches great importance to the training and development of the employees and creates a pleasant learning environment. The training of the company is not only to help the employees to be competent for their own work, but also dedicated to guide the employees and their team to make good preparation for their future development and potential opportunities.

The company has a well-designed advanced talent development and Manager development review system (MDR) .  Based on this system, Asia Symbol will conduct annual capability and potential evaluation(CEP)and establish updated individual development plan (IDP).  Upon the feedback and support of their manager, the employees make their own short term and long term career plan, with the help of training, job rotation and project involvement , the capability of the employees are promoted, which helps them to reach  their maximum  business potential and achieve  promotion and development. For the high potential employees, special development plan should be made to speed up their development.

Asia Symbol conducts Graduates Training Program for the new graduate each year, which will last for one year. In each training phase, systematic training will be conducted to enhance the occupational capability and quality of the new graduate and help them to develop into excellent professionals.
